We’ve all done it: something is a little bit off, so naturally we try to fix the perceived problem, only to exacerbate things. Let the Apex Team handle the headache for you! Our Smart Home experts will troubleshoot the perceived problem and find the root of the issue for you!
Note, issues may not be able to be resolved and may require the replacement of a new smart device due to internal damage. In which case the new device setup would be an additional cost.
The time allotted is up to 1 Hour service. For additional time, you can purchase online or in-person with the Tech. (If tech's schedule is open for additional time/services.) Additional services may be required for purchase upon finding solutions.
This service includes troubleshooting 2 smart devices, per 1 hour. Note, tech may resolve issues sooner than 1 hour. No refund will be given upon completed services.
