Before we begin

When we arrive at your home, we'll discuss the scope of work to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.

Remove existing floodlight

After disconnecting power, we'll uninstall an existing floodlight or outdoor light fixture that you won't be using anymore.

Install new floodlight

We'll attach the new fixture to your home, then we'll clean up our work area and remove any packaging. We'll also help you download the necessary apps and ensure that they work with your new floodlight.

Final steps

We’ll demonstrate your new system and components. And, we’ll let you know how to contact us for future support, answer any questions you may have, and provide solutions as needed.

*This service does not include installation of more than one fixture or running of new wires to an electrical fixture.

**Additional charges may be required for land travel beyond installation coverage areas. Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.
