Before we begin

If applicable, set up and configure projector built-in speaker system to customer’s desired experience.

For units with built-in Wi-Fi and smart features, connect the projector to the customer’s existing network and complete any necessary firmware updates and up to 2 account/profile setups.

Adjust and level the projector per the manufacture instructions.

Plug the projector into an existing power outlet; OEM power cables cannot be concealed within the wall.

Test the projector functionality and screen size capability before moving on to the next steps of install.

When we arrive at the site, we'll discuss the scope of work to ensure that the services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.

Updates
If the firmware or software on your new device needs updating, we’ll also handle that for you.

Final steps
We’ll demonstrate how to use your new projector and let you know how to contact us for future support.

This service does not include concealing wires, antenna setup, or soundbar or receiver setup. Network setup or configuration are also not included.

Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.
