What to Know

We will configure and secure one router. Up to two (2) devices will be configured to automatically connect to your wireless network.

Service also includes testing final settings to ensure proper functionality.

Before we begin

When we arrive at your home, we'll discuss the scope of work to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.

Verify internet speed

We'll use a cell phone or laptop to verify the speed of your internet. We'll need your internet service provider (ISP) account information at this time.

Final steps

We'll verify that your network is operating properly, provide an educational demonstration of your new equipment, answer any questions you may have, and provide solutions as needed.

This service does not include additional hardware setup, configuration, repair or troubleshooting. Also not included are wire runs, wire termination, or functionality for print or file sharing.
